All our vans come with comprehensive insurance with a deductible of 600 euros. The 600 euros deductible represents the maximum amount you would be responsible for in the event of a claim before the insurance covers the rest of the costs. This provides you with strong and complete protection for your trip while keeping the rental fee affordable. What is the minimum age to rent a camper?

The minimum age to rent a camper with us is 21 years, and at least two years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license are required. This policy ensures the safety and driving experience of our customers while providing them with the opportunity to enjoy a camper trip from an early age. When is the rest of the payment made?

During the booking process, a 30% payment of the total fee is required. The rest of the payment can be made upon your arrival, either in cash or through a bank transfer, according to your preference. Additionally, you will need to pay the deposit at that time.  How do I proceed if I have an accident or cause damage to the van?

In the event of an accident or causing damage to the van, follow these steps:

  1. Call us: If the incident is not severe, please contact us immediately at the provided contact number in your rental documentation. We will be available to offer guidance and assistance.
  2. In case of an emergency: If it is a serious emergency requiring medical or police assistance, call the local emergency number, which is 112 in Spain. Safety is always the priority.

Check In and Check Out

Check In: For the check-in process, we ask that you notify us of your arrival times in advance. When you arrive, it will be necessary to sign the rental contract. Check Out: When it’s time to check out, please keep the following in mind:

  • Empty the chemical toilet and graywater from the camper following the provided instructions. This is essential for maintaining camper hygiene.
  • Remember that the deposit will be refunded 48 hours after the end of the rental period. This time is allocated for inspection and verification of the camper.
