Purpose of data processing and storage
The personal data provided by our clients, hereinafter referred to as “User,” will be processed by Agata Margareta Szmalec (hereinafter “Agata Margareta Szmalec”) for the following purposes:
- To provide the contracted services, maintain the contractual relationship, and monitor its performance.
- To manage, process, and respond to requests, inquiries, incidents, complaints, claims, or questions from the User.
- To manage the sending of commercial communications about products and services marketed by Agata Margareta Szmalec via electronic and/or traditional means.
Time frame for processing the user's personal data
User data related to the fulfillment of the contractual relationship will be retained for that purpose for the entire duration of the contract and, even after its termination, for as long as required by applicable law and until any potential liabilities arising from the contract have expired.
