Schedules

• Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays: 15:00 – 18:00
• Other times, Sundays and public holidays: upon request (surcharge may apply)

• Until 12:00

Mileage

• Included: 100 km per day.
• Additional kilometes: €0.30 per km.

Insurance

• Fully comprehensive insurance with excess..
• In case of damage due to negligence, the customer is responsible up to the amount of the excess.

Reservation & Payment

• To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid.
• The remaining 70% will be paid on the pick-up day.
• A security deposit will be required via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days in advance.
• Within the 15 days prior, the 30% paid is non-refundable.

Usage Conditions

• Minimum driver age: 25 years with at least 2 years driving license.
• Valid category B driving license required.
• Non-EU residents: international driving permit required.
• No smoking inside the vehicle.
• Minimum rental: 3 days.
• Traveling with a dog: additional €50.

Delivery & Return

• Full tank → return full.
• Grey water and chemical toilet must be emptied.
• Mandatory final cleaning: €50.
• Additional fees may apply for out-of-hours service.

Restrictions

• Leaving the island only allowed with prior notice.
• Mass events prohibited without authorization.
• Driving on unpaved roads is not allowed.
